DFL Opportunities

March Madness Bracket Update – Week 1

19 of us have made brackets, and “Sucks2SuckatSucking” is winning at 98%. WHO ARE YOU?! Most noteworthy team name goes to Tyler Kammers.

Rumor: if Jared Davis’ alma mater Liberty U beats Oregon, Jeff is taking him out to a fancy steak dinner. If Liberty wins, Jared can keep wearing his ‘Coke’ hat to all-staff meetings.

Are Your Leaders Cleared To Be With Kids?!

Your staff and leaders NEED to be completing the screenings and compliance paperwork in order to be doing ministry with kids.

Pulling Stories and stats from your CMCs!

For the next two months, we will share examples of how YOU can use your CMC data to share helpful trends, stats and stories that your leaders, committee and (potential) donors will be interested and in encouraged by.

Week 2 with Moses Lake/Columbia Basin: “The average number of kids coming to club has grown 150+% this past year. 250% the past two years. AND, Our leaders have build more relationships with kids Our leaders have built more relationships with kids at a 75% increase this past year too! We are ready for YOU to grow with us, community!!!”

CMC Deer Park- The year started off rough with the loss of 2 Leaders (They had babies how dare them! lol) We began to think that Deer Park was going to no longer be a thing. But multiple leaders came out of the woodwork, And with a school, principal and teacher, as leaders, we had no go but up!
58 kids at WyldLife, which didn’t start until Dec. Numbers have leveled off slightly (those eighth graders can just be too “cool” for anything) but settling with 43 kids at club months later is epic!
All this with no boots on the ground staff and one $150 a month donor.
    Let’s go!!!!
