‘Built to Last’ partners with areas and staff with a financial need, raises up leaders with less access to resources, and offers teamwork in mission-aligned goals by providing financial support, coaching, and accountability so more kids know Jesus.
BTL Structure
- The BTL decision team represents our peers: Area staff, committee volunteers, at least one Regional Board member and the Regional Admin
- Each member serves a 2-year commitment
- The BTL team promises to confidentially and prayerfully consider all requests and ensure grants are awarded to those that comply with the parameters of the fund.
- The BTL team looks for ideas that are innovative, promote long-term ministry growth, and incubate future financial sustainability.
- Area Supervisors collaborate by supporting and coaching BTL award recipients.
