Important CMC update for August! Area staff and admins – please remove the numbers of your seniors who have graduated on your area CMCs when you update for the month today or tomorrow.

Expense Report Best Practices
If you are allocating an expense to a different Cost Center (previously Mission Unit), put those expenses in a separate report so only that expense will be sent to the other Cost Center’s manager for approval. If an expense report is submitted with a cost center outside your own, the full expense report will be sent to the cost center manager of the allocated cost center for approval. Best practice is to keep Cost Centers separate. There are no longer limits on how many expense reports you submit per month. Ain’t that fancy!

Adaptive, the system that will eventually replace Cash Flow, is now live.

Staff + Volunteer Screenings and Compliance
This October, volunteer (and staff) screenings and compliance training will be found on a new dashboard in YL Connect (YL Connect Learning).
YL Connect Learning will automatically assign staff and volunteers required courses, track completion, and display current status on a dashboard. YL Connect Learning will replace legacy apps such as the Staff Volunteer Roster, Faith and Conduct, Criminal Background Check, Driver Questionnaire, and more.
Again, this is not happening until OCTOBER! But now you can’t say you were surprised to hear about it 😉
