PCards Cutover & Freeze Dates – As we transition to Workday, our expense reports will also move from Concur to Workday. Please pay attention to these important dates below regarding PCards and Expense Reports:
- June 21 is the last day to submit an invoice request (with approval by midnight MDT, June 26).
- June P Card transactions, out-of-pocket expenses, invoice requests, and international cash advances/ wire transfers will be managed within Workday beginning July 1.
Cash Flow & Workday– As we transition to Workday, Cash Flow will move to a new platform called Adaptive. These are important dates to note regarding that transition:
- June 30 – Last Day Cash Flow contains live and active data.
- July 1 – Actuals found in Workday (revenue, expenses, month-end close)
- TBD – Budgets completed in Cash Flow updated into Adaptive
- TBD – Last day to look at Cash flow

Summer Staff + Work Crew Applications
Having a hard time finding the applications? Are your college and high school students confused about the process? Check out below!
WORK CREW: Applications are started when a staff member FIRST completes a recommendation for that student. CLICK HERE for the recommendation that the staff member needs to complete first. The student will then receive a link to their own application via email after the staff recommendation is submitted.
SUMMER STAFF: CLICK HERE to complete an information form that will send you an application via email. There are instructions for recommendations within the summer staff application that the applicant will follow up on
Mt West Job Openings
Upcoming and Future Internal Job Openings in the Mt West
A few changes and transitions are opening up leadership opportunities we want to share with you. We ask you to PRAY for God’s lead, to PROMPT folks like you to apply or ask others to, and PREPARE for Spirit-led, positive change.
#1: 1/2 time Associate RD in WA/N.ID (closing the 14th, to begin interviews)
Action: With Tanita shifting on June 1st to serve 50% as ‘National Director of Generational Impact’, room at the table is opening up.
#2. Mt West YLVS Coordinator
With Cassie Coats being promoted to NW Division full (or fuller) time YLVS coordinator, we have an opening coming.
Action: Email Jeff Huber or Cassie Coats with interest or ideas. 🙂
#3. Supervisor for 3 to 4 areas in Central/Eastern WA/N Idaho
Because of Tanita’s shift of time and a major focus on Spokane, an opening now exists.
Action: Email or text Jeff Huber if interested. This position will be interviewed/filled after the 1/2 ARD is chosen, based on proximity of that hire. (closing July 15th)
#4. All Spokane ‘Metro Director’ The vision is to combine 5 areas in Greater Spokane to operate as one area with a Metro Director leading and multiple staff with deeper focus.
#5. A Women’s Leadership Network ‘lead.’
And we are foreshadowing a future 1/2 ARD and supervisor in MT/WA with Adam Silverness moving to South Carolina, combined with the growth of newer areas and the resurgence of areas like Kalispell, Helena, Anaconda, etc.
