December is when every organization is sharing with potential donors a request for year-end donations, and this is/should be on your top priority list as well. The largest amount of money given every year is in December. Create a list of things “not to do” so that you’re choosing to do the most critical work of meeting in person with people on your list and using various ways to share your vision with an invitation to impact kids together.

Regional Leadership Weekends
YL Leadership Weekends are coming up!
Both Montana/Wyoming (Jan 20-22) and Washington/N Idaho (Feb 10-11) will share a similar underlying theme “who’s going with you?” throughout. This phrase encapsulates the priorities of:
-‘tree: who’s your 3?’
-Discipleship.
-Helping leaders learn to do contact work.
-Staff working shoulder to shoulder with volunteers.
Praying that these weekends create a greater experience of mission-community in your area to expand your area’s reach to kids and lighten your load as staff.

Summer Staff applications and recommendations are now LIVE! Last year only 83% of spots were filled, let’s fill 100% this year and make camp even more epic.
