Please read this announcement from our senior vice president, Brent Cunningham, as he announces he is stepping down from SVP position to take on a new one.
Update Volunteer Accounts by October 31
If a volunteer’s expiration date is not updated to 10/31/23 in Volunteers Manager, their account will automatically expire on 11/1/2022 and (if applicable) their P Cards and Concur access will be deactivated. Prior to updating a volunteer’s account in Volunteer Manager Application, staff need to review the Staff/Volunteer Roster to ensure all necessary screenings are complete as compliance is a vital part of keeping kids safe.
If you have a long list of volunteers, you can use the multi-edit feature. Contact the Help Desk with questions.
Adult Guest Hosts Resume | Due November 1
If anyone in your area is interested in applying to be an adult guest host, resumes are due by November 1.
Regional Staff Interest Day | November 3
If you have anyone that you think would be interested in hearing what it would look like to be on YL staff, we are having a staff interest day on November 3.
